Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) and eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) are systemic vasculitides with varied otolaryngologic manifestations. The evaluation and management of isolated ear, nose, and throat (ENT) manifestations of these conditions differ by institution and provider. This session will discuss updates in the diagnosis and management of the ENT manifestations caused by GPA and EGPA from the perspective of an otolaryngologist and a rheumatologist.
