Finding appropriate pain management therapies for rheumatology can be a real pain for patients and physicians. Non-inflammatory pain is common in rheumatic patients and requires different treatment from standard anti-rheumatic therapies. From cannabis to suzetrigine, novel therapies in pain management are in the physician armamentarium—but do they work? This session will review the latest on evaluation, non-pharmacologic, and medication treatments for pain therapies in patients with rheumatic disease.
