Ahmed Elghawy, DO, FACR, RhMSUS is the Chief of Arthritis and Rheumatology at Mount Sinai Medical Center. He is one of the few physicians in the nation who is board-certified in internal medicine, rheumatology, and sports medicine, and has special interest in treating athletes with rheumatic disease, as well as managing a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. He is a Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR), and is RhMSUS (Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Certification in Rheumatology) certified through the ACR.
