With lived experience as a rare disease patient, he drives initiatives that center inclusion and equity across clinical trials, research, healthcare tech, and patient education.
His work focuses on rheumatology, chronic pain, rare disease, 2S/LGBTQQIA+ communities, and medical and health education. He co-chairs the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Working Group at OMERACT, serves on its Strategic Advisory Group, and is a member of the OpenNotes Lab Insight Panel, The Society for Participatory Medicine, and TPATH.
A skilled storyteller and strategist, Grayson is a sought-after speaker, consultant, and writer committed to ensuring everyone has the tools they need to thrive. He holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration, specializing in patient advocacy, and works as a health equity strategist with Elevate Advocacy.
He also runs Chronic Sex, an award-winning website and podcast exploring disability, neurodivergence, self-work, relationships, and sexual health.
