Dr. Danila is a rheumatologist and health services researcher passionate about improving the quality, effectiveness and delivery of medical care for all. Her research program focuses on: i) the design and evaluation of behavioral interventions to improve outcomes for patients with chronic conditions; ii) re-designing healthcare services and leveraging new technologies (e.g., telehealth, thermography, whole genome sequencing) in clinical practice; iii) developing a robust infrastructure for translational immunology and rheumatology research.
