Michael Kaplan MD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Rheumatology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in NY. Dr. Kaplan cares for patients with inflammatory disease and nociplastic pain, while teaching in both undergraduate and graduate medical education spaces. He’s been honored to receive numerous teaching awards and is currently the PI for an exploratory trial which seeks to better understand the potential merits of vestibulocortical stimulation in people with fibromyalgia and post-acute infectious syndromes.
