Dr. Nisha Manek, MD, FRCP, FACP
Dr. Nisha Manek is a board-certified rheumatologist and internist with over two decades of experience in clinical care, education, and research. Trained in internal medicine in the United Kingdom and rheumatology at Stanford University, Dr. Manek served on faculty at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where she helped shape clinical standards for inflammatory arthritis and mentored future leaders in the field.
She brings a unique perspective to rheumatology through her expertise in integrative and complementary medicine. A Bravewell Fellow and graduate of the University of Arizona’s Fellowship in Integrative Medicine, Dr. Manek served as faculty in Integrative Rheumatology at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.
Dr. Manek is the author of Bridging Science and Spirit: The Genius of William A. Tiller’s Physics and the Promise of Information Medicine, which explores the frontiers of consciousness, subtle energy, and their implications for healing. Her work bridges rigorous science with emerging paradigms in medicine, offering innovative approaches to complex rheumatic conditions.
