Beth Radtke has been immersed in the world of clinical data registries and quality measurement, for over 9 years. As Director, Registry Operations, she oversees and provides strategic guidance on all activity related to the American College of Rheumatology’s (ACR) RISE registry, which encompasses quality measure development, testing, and implementation in the registry, submitting the ACR’s measure to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for inclusion in the Quality Payment Program, onboarding RISE participants, educating providers on the quality measures available in RISE, maintaining the registry’s status as a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR), reporting for CMS’ Merit-based Incentives Payment System, preparing registry data for research and analytic purposes, and moving researchers through the pathway to request and execute analyses of RISE data.
