Dr. Horton is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Epidemiology and Chancellor's Scholar at Rutgers University. His research focuses on the utilization, effectiveness, and safety of drugs in large pediatric populations and the origins and management of juvenile idiopathic arthritis. He is a member of the Core Oversight Team of the ACR JIA Management Guidelines Committee and serves as Vice Chair of the CARRA JIA Committee.
