Dr. Kristen Demoruelle is an Associate Professor in the University of Colorado's Division of Rheumatology. Her research focuses on understanding lung involvement in the pathogenesis of RA, with a particular focus on mucosal generation of autoantibodies and immune cell dysregulation during pre-RA and RA-associated interstitial lung disease (ILD). She also focuses on neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) and sex differences involved in these processes.
