Laura Much is a PhD student in Biomedicine at the Life Science Zurich Graduate School, University of Zurich, Switzerland, since January 2024. Based at the Center of Experimental Rheumatology, University Hospital Zurich, her research focuses on the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) in systemic sclerosis (SSc), under the supervision of Dr. Anna-Maria Hoffmann-Vold. Her work aims to identify molecular markers that are helpful for the development of novel treatments for small bowel disease in SSc. Laura holds a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Göttingen, Germany (10/2017-09/2021) and a MSc in Biomedical Sciences from Philipps-University Marburg, Germany (10/2021-12/2023).
