Dr. Sarthak Verma is currently a fellow-in-training in Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology at the Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar, India. His academic interests span a wide range of autoimmune rheumatic diseases, with a particular focus on axial spondyloarthritis and the utility of musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSK USG) in the early diagnosis, monitoring, and screening of rheumatic conditions.
He is actively engaged in clinical research and has contributed to various projects aimed at enhancing the understanding and management of complex rheumatologic disorders. He is deeply passionate about exploring the evolving landscape of rheumatology both from a clinical and investigative perspective. With a strong commitment to improving patient care and advancing scientific knowledge, he strives to uncover novel insights, refine diagnostic tools, and identify innovative therapeutic avenues. His career vision is to integrate academic research with bedside medicine to foster evidence-based, patient-centered care and contribute meaningfully to the field of rheumatology
