I am a biomedical researcher with a PhD from the University of Granada, where I explored the molecular mechanisms and transcriptomic signatures of GCA vasculitis. After earning my doctorate, I joined Dr. Sawalha’s laboratory at the University of Pittsburgh as a postdoctoral fellow for two years now. Here I develop projects applying single-cell RNA sequencing, CUT&RUN, and other genomic approaches to investigate immune-mediated diseases.
