Ariane Herrick is Professor of Rheumatology, The University of Manchester; Honorary Consultant Rheumatologist, Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust; Consultant Rheumatologist, NHS Grampian; and Honorary Clinical Professor, The University of Aberdeen, UK. Her main clinical and research interests are Raynaud's phenomenon, systemic sclerosis-spectrum disorders, and assessment of the microvasculature (including capillaroscopy). She is a past president of the Scleroderma Clinical Trials Consortium (SCTC), a co-chair of the EULAR study group 'Microcirculation in Rheumatic Diseases' and a vice-president of Scleroderma and Raynaud's UK (SRUK).
