This session will cover the nuts and bolts of financial management in rheumatology practices to run and utilize reports and metrics that relate to, but are not limited to, revenue cycle management, financial reporting, and other metrics to provide a snapshot of the overall fiscal health of the practice.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify the key financial challenges for rheumatology practices in 2025 and beyond
  • Recognize and utilize reports and identify metrics that can help optimize revenue cycle management and fiscal health of the practice, and provide guardrails for income and expenses
  • Evaluate and explore tools and programs available to improve billing accuracy and financial reporting for key performance indicators
