B cells are incredibly important in the pathogenesis of connective tissue diseases, and our strategies for depleting them have expanded recently with the advent of cellular therapy. However, global humoral suppression is the "tip of the iceberg". This session will help to explain which B cell subsets are pathologic in autoimmunity and engage the audience in discussions about how to selectively target them.
