Many rheumatology training programs are limited in size, and opportunities to share innovative methods for teaching may be limited. Come to the Workforce & Education Networking Lounge to informally meet with other rheumatology educators and share effective approaches for teaching and trainee assessment. Crowd-source strategies to deliver high-quality education in the midst of obstacles such as time and divisional resources. We encourage educators to come to the session to highlight successful aspects of their program and learn from the experience of educators nationally.
