ECHO programs exist across the U.S. and are focused on providing education, mentoring, and peer support to non-rheumatologist MDs and APPs who care for patients with rheumatologic diseases. The outcome is an increase in workforce capacity by sharing knowledge. This will be an opportunity for Rheumatology ECHO leaders to informally share best practices and learn from their colleagues.
