Dr. Perez-Chada is an Instructor in Dermatology at Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Co-Director for Master of Science in Clinical Research from Harvard Medical School (HMS). Her previous training in clinical research includes a Master of Medical Sciences in Clinical Investigation from HMS, and an Outcome Measures and Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Clinical Research Fellowship at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital under the mentorship of Dr. Joseph F. Merola MD, MMSc.
Dr. Perez-Chada serves in positions such as Board Member of the International Dermatology Outcome Measures, member of the Scientific Advisory Committee of the NPF, member of the Steering Committee of the Group for Research and Assessment for Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis (GRAPPA), and a member of the Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Clinics Multicenter Advancement Network (PPACMAN).
Dr. Perez-Chada’s research focuses on (i) sleep health in chronic inflammatory skin and musculoskeletal diseases; (ii) outcome measurement in chronic inflammatory dermatoses; (iii) comorbidities in psoriatic disease, and (iv) early detection of psoriatic arthritis.
