Christina Charles-Schoeman is a Professor of Medicine and Chief of the Division of Rheumatology at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Medical Center. Her research interests include the study of inflammatory lipoproteins as mediators of accelerated atherosclerosis and disease pathogenesis in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and inflammatory myopathies. She has also been an active investigator in multiple clinical trials of novel therapies for autoimmune disease.
